The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" and we make no warranties of any kind related to the Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Game's developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
